What is your return policy for home brewing equipment?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your French presses and storage canisters dishwasher safe?
While many of our components are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing the main bodies of our insulated steel presses and AirscapeĀ® canisters to preserve the vacuum seal and finish.
